At Celeste, we strive to ensure your tea reaches you as swiftly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing:

• Orders received before 12 PM IST are typically shipped out on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM IST are dispatched on the next business day.
• All orders are shipped by 5 PM IST on the day after being placed.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. For any assistance, please email us at orders@celes-te.com.

Shipping Schedule:

• We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Standard delivery within India: 5–7 working days.
• Express delivery within India: 2–3 working days.
  

Shipping Charges:

• INR 200 is charged for express mode shipping within India.
  

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to bring the taste of Celeste teas to your doorstep.

• Standard International Delivery: 9–10 working days
• Express International Delivery: 5–8 working days

Shipping charges, along with applicable custom duties and taxes, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Product Replacement Policy

As our products are consumable and perishable, all tea purchases are non-refundable. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement.

To request a replacement:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at orders@celes-te.com with your order number.
• Kindly share clear photos and videos of the damaged or defective product to help us verify the issue.
• Once verified, we will arrange the pickup of the damaged product from your address.
• After the pickup is confirmed, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.
