Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day.

Orders are shipped by 5pm on the day after being placed and once dispatched will not be able to be changed or cancelled. You can still reach by email at orders@celes-te.com.

We ship on all weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. Expect delivery to be received within 7 working days for orders within India. For express mode, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Shipping Charges

We charge a nominal  rate of INR 200 for orders that are on express mode within India.

Delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, etc., about which you will be informed through email.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our Tea atelier.
